Manuscripts must be submitted in electronically form in word/ pdf/ Latex format. Authors are advised to keep a copy of their manuscript since the publisher cannot accept responsibility for lost copies.

A not too condensed style is recommended.

Manuscripts should be typed or printed with sufficient spacing (as suggested in the template) with generous margins. Only one side of the paper is to be used, and the pages should be numbered consecutively (not by section or paragraph). Symbols resembling each other should be distinguished by suitable marks. Care should be taken to distinguish between 'belong to' and 'epsilon', 'Oh' and 'zero', 'one' and 'el' etc.
Authors are advised to study the printing style of the journal before making the final version of the manuscript. Style files may be obtained from here:

Footnotes should be avoided.
References should be listed alphabetically at the end of the paper, numbered consecutively without square brackets, whereas references in the text should be indicated by numbers in square brackets. Authors should consult Mathematical Reviews for standard abbreviations of journal names.
Manuscripts received are assumed to be final. If excessive changes are requested after an article has been typeset, the author will be charged with the cost of the alterations other than the printer's errors.
The file should be in LaTeX (or TeX). Figures should be submitted separately as encapsulated postscript (.eps) files.

Copyright
Submission of manuscripts implies that the work described has not been published before (except in the form of an abstract or as part of a published lecture, review or thesis), that it is not under consideration for publication elsewhere and that, if and when the manuscript is accepted for publication, the authors agree to automatic transfer of the copyright to the publisher.

Subscription
The Journal is of free access. Open access allows all interested readers to view, download, print, and redistribute any article without a subscription, enabling far greater distribution of an author's work than the traditional subscription-based publishing model. In an open access model, the publication costs of an article are paid from an author's research budget, or by their supporting institution, in the form of Article Processing Charges. The article processing charges will be 100 USD.

To meet the partial cost of publication, authors are requested to arrange print charges of their accepted papers at the rate of US $ 25 per printed pages, payable in advance, from their institutions/research grants, if any. However, for authors in India, this charge is INR ₹600/ 300 Baht per page for the Greater Mekong regions (800 Baht + postal expenses). Twenty-five reprints together with a soft copy of a paper are provided to the corresponding author ex-gratis. Additional sets of reprints may be ordered at the time of proofs correction.
The price of Complete volume of the Journal is INR ₹1500 in India and US $100 outside India. The Subscription payable in advance should be sent to the secretariat of the Journal-
